We, Pretty Little Things, are currently shipping all serviceable pin-codes, all over India. We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Hence we work round the clock, to try and get you your products as soon as possible. However, there might be delays which might occur due to unforeseen circumstances and factors out of our control, for which we try our best to resolve and deliver. 

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment: All orders are processed within 2-6 business days of receiving the order. And also consider a transit time ranging from 3 to 8 days depending on destination of delivery and courier partner service effectiveness.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed which would be notified to you via call / email / messages. 

 GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call / email / messages.
  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 14 working days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except Sundays & holidays.
  • Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
  • The customer can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website or can get in touch with our team through the customer service number. 
  • Order tracking details will be available on the website within 24 to 48 hrs of placing the order. If the customer is unable to access order tracking due to any technical reason, they can contact us at our customer care number 9892991095.
